J.O.S. Staffing was founded in 2009, in Evansville, IN. Since that time, we’ve grown to become one of the largest staffing and recruiting firms in the tri-state area.

We are a locally owned and operated staffing firm that focuses on identifying and recruiting top talent for light industrial, information technology (IT), office/clerical, professional/managerial, technical (specified skills or degree), manufacturing, warehousing/distribution, and medical positions. From entry level/skilled temporary help, to candidates for full-time, executive positions.  We supply the people you need, when you need them.

We are ASA TSC (Technical Services Certified) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) Certified – designed especially for staffing and recruiting professionals who work in technical, information technology, and scientific fields. An overarching credential that covers essential labor and employment law from a staffing perspective; covers federal law and state law for a selected state. No other industry certification program delves as deeply into the topics that matter most to staffing professionals and their clients.
