Make your next hire with confidence. With our temp-to-hire services, you can try out a new employee on the job before committing to a full-time hiring decision. This “bridge program” gives you time to see if this new candidate will fit into your organizational culture.

During the trial period, the new employee works as an J.O.S. Staffing temporary employee, and at the end of the assignment, if you like the person, you can convert that individual to your staff at no additional cost.
